FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PROTECT-A-BUB WINS 2004 iPARENTING MEDIA AWARD

New York, NY - February 6, 2004 - iParenting Media, LLC, the Evanston, IL-based multimedia company, has announced that is has chosen Protect-A-Bub Sunshades among the winning picks for Best Products for 2004, as part of its annual iParenting Media Awards. Protect-A-Bub is one of only thirteen "Gear and Equipment " vendors awarded this year within the competition's Juvenile Products category. In addition to this award for its Sunshades, Protect-A-Bub was also featured in the 2004 iParenting Buyers Guide for its Raincovers.

Three outside reviews were performed on each product entered in the iParenting Media Awards. This year's reviewers included a parent, an independent childcare/parenting expert and a licensed childcare facility/school. In addition to these "real world" judges, each product was evaluated by the iParenting Media Awards Executive Committee. The iParenting Media Awards Program was created to provide a credible and objective method of determining the best products in the children's media and juvenile products industries.

Protect-A-Bub principals Karen Clark-Dickson and Rachel Blakeman feel honored by the win, citing it as significant validation for their efforts as mothers, children's industry entrepreneurs and advocates for effective sun protection for infants and children. Says Clark-Dickson, "Winning the iParenting Media Award will not only help strengthen the visibility of our product, but also garner awareness of skin cancer prevention and sun exposure in infants and toddlers. We are grateful to iParenting Media for such far-reaching exposure
for our product and our mission."

About Protect-A-Bub
Two moms from opposite sides of the globe were confronted by the same problem, how to protect their infants from the sun's harmful rays. Australian native, Karen Clark-Dickson and New Yorker, Rachel Blakeman knew the hazards of childhood sun exposure, but could not find adequate protection for their babies. For Karen, the search began seven years ago and led her to invent Protect-a-Bub Sunshades. Fast-forward to February 2003 as Rachel's failure to locate sun protection products in the United States led her to Karen's Australian website. Shortly thereafter, these two moms partnered to bring Protect-a-Bub Sunshades worldwide.
